archTIS has acquired Spirion
archTIS Limited has acquired select assets of Spirion LLC for US$10.6 million. The acquisition will be funded through a capital raise of approximately US$13.9 million, comprising a placement of approximately US$2.5 million and a fully underwritten one-for-three accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately US$11.5 million. The proceeds will also be applied to executive and staff retention programs and growth capital.
