George Fry

Associate

George is an associate at Henslow, Oaklins’ member firm in Australia. He has over two and a half years’ experience in Henslow’s principal investments team, where he has supported clients on both sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, and has assisted with both public and private capital raises. Recent transactions include advising OneStep on its debt refinancing and merger with ES2, a leading independent cyber security consultancy; advising The Card Network on its sale to Incomm, a global leader in Gift Card solutions; and assisting InternMatch on their capital raise via private placement.

George has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, where he majored in finance and management. Originally from England, George has called Melbourne home for over 10 years.
