Charline is a partner at Oaklins France and co-heads its buy-and-build service. With eight years’ experience in M&A, including five in buy-and-build, Charline has advised various groups on their market consolidation strategies in a variety of sectors, including private higher education, audiovisual media services, communication, retail and digital & IT services.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Charline worked at Wanda Corporate Finance, an M&A boutique, where she actively participated in building the buy-and-build offering. Charline has a master’s in banking & finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
