Maureen is a director at Oaklins Henslow in Australia. She has over 25 years’ professional experience in corporate finance, stockbroking and equity capital markets, with a focus on both listed and unlisted companies in the Asia Pacific region. Maureen advises Australian companies on domestic and cross-border transactions as well as strategy and capital structure across a broad range of sectors, focusing on emerging companies in the financial services, technology, healthcare, agriculture and retail/consumer industries. She also has extensive experience in capital raising (equity and debt), having led over 100 transactions on the syndication side in Australia and Asia. Her recent transactions include leading the restructuring and sale of an Australian industry super fund’s technology and member administration services business to SS&C, a US$20 billion market cap Nasdaq-listed company; a strategic review for an ASX-listed financial services company; strategic direction for a private agriculture company; and an investor relations strategy for a US-listed medical devices company.

Maureen joined the firm in 2025. Previously, she worked as an independent advisor focused on M&A, capital markets and corporate strategy in financial services, technology, agriculture and healthcare for a decade. Before this, Maureen worked in equities for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and CLSA covering Asian and Australian corporate and institutional investors. She has a BA in Commerce from The University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. Maureen is a non-executive director of Acorn Capital Investment Fund and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
