Raimundo is a partner at Oaklins LarrainVial in Chile with over 20 years of experience in advising leading corporates, financial institutions and investors on M&A and capital market transactions across Latin America. He is a recognized advisor in the seafood sector, having led more than 30 transactions in the salmon farming industry, including the landmark US$300 million strategic investment by Cargill and Mitsui in MultiX. He has also executed over 20 ECM transactions, such as two of the largest equity offerings in Chile in recent years—each worth approximately US$1 billion—for Banco de Chile and Banco Santander. He currently leads the firm’s technology M&A practice in Chile, advising on strategic transactions across the software and broader tech ecosystem, completing five transactions in 2025. His additional sector expertise includes animal protein and mining, alongside a strong track record in equity and debt capital markets.

Raimundo has a degree in industrial engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
