Signaal TM has been acquired by U.S. Invest

A Dutch-based private investor with interests in the provision of various intelligent traffic management solutions has sold Signaal TM to U.S. Invest.

Signaal TM is the leading traffic management products and services provider in Estonia. The company offers a wide range of traffic management solutions, including production and maintenance of traffic signs, installment and maintenance of traffic lights, performing road marking works and increasingly other intelligent traffic management systems.

U.S. Invest is an Estonian-based investment company active primarily in real estate, security services and energy, also investing in different growth companies based in the Baltics, Russia and Ukraine.

Oaklins' team in Estonia acted as an exclusive sell-side advisor in this transaction.
