Broadcast Solutions acquires TVC Solutions, a broadcasting systems integrator
VC fund Practica Capital and the founders of TVC Solutions, UAB have sold the company to Broadcast Solutions GmbH, a German industry leader. TVC Solutions is a broadcasting systems integrator and a producer of customized outside broadcast vans, whose focus areas overlap only slightly with those of Broadcast Solutions and to a large extent complement the activities of the German company.
TVC Solutions is an independent systems integrator, with clients mostly from across Europe and occasionally from Africa, the Middle East and Asia. It offers system design, equipment supply and integration of television and radio studios, master control rooms, playout systems, newsrooms and archiving solutions. A particular focus area is outside broadcast vehicle projects and special measurement vehicles.
Broadcast Solutions is one of the largest systems integrators in Europe. Founded in Germany more 17 years ago, it has subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Broadcast Solutions offers its services and products in all areas of broadcasting, media production, content creation and distribution. With more than 150 employees, it offers its customers tailor-made solutions – from conception to implementation and beyond.
Oaklins’ team in Lithuania acted as lead M&A advisor to the sellers of TVC Solutions in the preparation of the sale process and due diligence, the approach and negotiations with potential buyers, and assisted them until closing.
