Po Valley Energy Limited (ASX:PVE) is an Italian oil and gas exploration and development company. It has two projects in development stage: Selva Malvezzi and Teodorico. The company is currently focused on their Selva Malvezzi project, of which they own 63%.

Oaklins’ team in Australia acted as lead manager and underwriter. Approximately US$7.6 million has been raised through the institutional component of this transaction which was strongly supported by domestic institutions and high-net-worth clients, both new and existing.
