WOOD & Company Funds SICAV has acquired a 50% share in Kuchajda Residential Development
A 50% share in the Kuchajda Residential Development has been acquired by WOOD & Company Funds SICAV from MERIUS, AS. The transaction also involved the creation of a joint venture with IMMOCAP for the development and sale of residential units on the site.
WOOD & Company Funds SICAV was established by WOOD & Company to invest in real estate, pharmaceuticals, waste management and other sectors, with the goal of generating income and achieving long-term capital appreciation. Based in Malta, the SICAV structure is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
The Kuchajda Residential Development Land is a 9,331 m² plot of land located in Bratislava’s Nové Mesto district, adjacent to Lake Kuchajda. The land was acquired through a 50/50 joint venture between WOOD & Company Funds SICAV and IMMOCAP, a prominent Slovak developer specializing in both commercial and residential projects. This project aims to develop a modern residential community next to Lake Kuchajda, featuring cutting-edge architecture and advanced technological standards.
