Victory Wholesale Group has successfully completed the sale of AxisCare Health to MedHoldings, Inc.
AxisCare is a leading distributor of essential healthcare products, serving a diverse range of healthcare facilities, providers and patients across Puerto Rico. The company supplies consumable healthcare products and medical equipment to hospitals, clinics and physician offices; orthopedic implants, tools and supplies to orthopedic surgeons; and healthcare supplies and equipment delivered directly to patients, funded through Medicaid and Medicare Advantage programs.
MedHoldings is a diversified Puerto Rico-based investment company with holdings in Florida, Georgia and Puerto Rico. The company focuses on sectors including healthcare, social care, real estate, renewables, private lending and tactical opportunities. MedHoldings leverages industry expertise and networks to support portfolio companies and facilitate efficient transaction execution.
Victory Wholesale Group is a wholesale distributor of dry groceries and health and beauty care products. Founded in 1978 by Milt Kantor, the family-owned company is headquartered in Springboro, Ohio, with additional sales offices and distribution centers across the USA and Puerto Rico. Specializing in promotional wholesaling, its distribution facilities maintain extensive inventory and can service all 48 contiguous states within 24 hours.
Oaklins TM Capital in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Victory Wholesale Group in the divestiture of AxisCare Health to MedHoldings.
