Associate Director

Paris is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She has worked across a range of projects and transactions, with a particular focus on the technology, consumer and business services sectors. Recent transactions she has advised on are the sales of Systal Technology Solutions to Inflexion, MailManager to Ideagen and UK Storage to Davidson Kempner.

Paris joined the firm in 2020. Prior to this, she spent time working in both the Clearwater International and Grant Thornton M&A teams. Paris graduated from King’s College London with a degree in French and Spanish, and is a qualified chartered accountant.
