Joe is an associate at Oaklins TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He has advised on a number of sell-side M&A engagements and capital raising transactions, typically focused on the equipment rental, building products, e-commerce and the broader industrials and consumer products industries. Recent transactions he has worked on include Atlas Crane’s acquisition by Ares Management, Crowd Control Warehouse’s acquisition by Blue Point Capital Partners, Worldwide Camping Holdings’ acquisition by Clearview Capital, Pebble Technology’s acquisition by Oldcastle APG and Buckner Heavylift Cranes’ majority recapitalization with Markel Ventures.

Previously, Joe was an analyst at Mirus Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for supporting sell-side M&A engagements in the e-commerce, distribution and technology industries. He graduated summa cum laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in accounting. Joe also studied abroad at the London School of Economics.
