Pierre is an executive director at Oaklins France with over 15 years’ experience in mid-market M&A. He is particularly focused on companies in the industry/manufacturing sector as well as businesses in B2B services, supported by a track record of more than 30 deals. Notable transactions he has advised on recently include the disposal of Metalis Group to Groupe Leman Industrie, the acquisition of the Swiss company Ensec by Orange Cyberdefense, the LBO transaction for Segepo with Arkéa Capital and Bpifrance, the disposal of Forge Adour to the Seb Groupe and the disposal of Alcatraz IT to the Koesio Group.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Pierre was an M&A director at Natixis Partners for five years. Before that, he was an M&A manager at Athema, a French M&A advisory firm specialized in mid-cap transactions. Pierre has a double degree from Toulouse Business School and from the Technische Universität in Berlin, with a major in strategy and finance.
