Marin is an associate at Oaklins France with over four years of experience in the investment banking industry. He advises clients on both sell-side and buy-side mandates across a variety of sectors. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the acquisition of Ensec by Orange Cyberdefense and the sale of Innovery to Neverhack.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Marin had worked as an M&A analyst at Klecha & Co. for three years, starting in the Milan office before relocating to Paris. He has a master’s degree in management from ESCP Business School.
