Vytautas Lapė

Senior Associate

Vytautas is a senior associate at Oaklins Baltics in Vilnius. He has over 15 years of experience in finance, primarily advising clients across various industries on mergers and acquisitions as well as raising financing in equity and debt capital markets. Highlights of his advisory work include the €450 million IPO of Ignitis, a renewables-focused utility and the largest ever IPO by a Baltic company; the issue of a €920 million senior secured bond for Bitė, a telecommunications and media group and the largest ever bond issue by a Baltic business; and the acquisition of Kauno Grūdai by Akola, a leading pan-Baltic agriculture and food group.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2025, Vytautas worked at Swedbank’s investment banking team for over 11 years. He has a master’s degree in financial economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vilnius University. Vytautas is also a CFA charterholder.
