Artisan is a premier US cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice and luxury medspa business serving patients in the metro Atlanta region and beyond since 2000. Headquartered in Atlanta, Artisan operates four locations that provide leading-edge treatments to patients. It is a portfolio company of VSS Capital Partners, which was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in New York. “For more than 20 years, Artisan has served the aesthetic needs of a loyal patient base throughout Atlanta and beyond. Dr. Wang-Ashraf and I take great pride in the quality of the practice we’ve built with the support of our close-knit and deeply talented colleagues. We needed a financial advisor that would appreciate what makes Artisan unique and help select the right type of acquiror to assist in building on our strengths. In Oaklins TM Capital, we found the ideal partner. Their deep industry relationships, experience with founder-owners and dedication to their clients gave us comfort through every step of this process. We appreciate the work the team did on our behalf, and we couldn’t be more excited about our partnership with Olympus and VSS.”
