Luigi Simonetti

Associate

Luigi is an associate at Oaklins Italy and a member of the diversified industries team. He supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling and valuation documents. He has been involved in a number of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, with a focus on the industrial, transportation & logistics and automotive sectors.

Prior to joining Oaklins Italy in 2022, Luigi was an M&A senior consultant at KON Group, an M&A boutique. He has a master’s degree in corporate finance from SDA Bocconi. During his undergraduate studies, he spent four months in London interning at a startup.
