The private shareholders of Core Services Corporation have sold the company to Syntax Systems, a portfolio company of Novacap. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Founded in 1990, Core Services Corporation, an Oracle Platinum Partner, provides award-winning Oracle hosting and consulting services to its clients worldwide. Core Services delivers a wide array of services including third party business operations solutions, information systems, managed and remote DBA services, disaster recovery solutions, Oracle consulting solutions for new implementations and upgrades, Oracle business intelligence solutions, and cloud services.

Founded in 1972, Syntax Systems provides comprehensive technology solutions to businesses of all sizes throughout North America to deliver the best combination of hardware, software and cloud managed services to its customers.

One of Oaklins' teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller in this transaction.
