Nicolas Robichaud

Nicolas is an associate at Oaklins E. Canada. He supports the investment banking team, conducting company and industry research, preparing pitch books and presentations, and assisting in the due diligence process. A recent transaction he was involved in was the sale of ExPretio Technologies to Modaxo Group, a Constellation Software company (TSX:CSU).

Prior to joining Oaklins E. Canada, Nicolas worked for the M&A Club, the largest mid-market M&A association in Canada. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in finance and a concentration in accounting, from McGill University. Nicolas is also a CFA level 3 candidate.
