Lillian is a managing director at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York and is a member of Oaklins’ TMT team. She provides relationship coverage and has facilitated cross-border sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across sectors in advertising & marketing services, education, digital media, and technology & information services. Representative transaction involvement includes the sale of Cronin to Horizon Group of North America, the sale of Harbor Picture Company to Publicis Groupe, the sale of Ad-Juster to Innotech and the sale of Wondersauce to Project: WorldWide. She also oversees the firm’s technology strategies and delivers emerging digital solutions to optimize operations.
Prior to joining Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, Lillian was a skilled IT professional with experience in database, application development and project management. She has a BA in Education from Shanghai Normal University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
