Kevin Atchue


Kevin is a principal at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. With a decade of M&A experience, he has completed a broad range of complex M&A, financing and advisory engagements for founder-owned businesses, financial sponsors and public companies. He has advised on over 20 closed transactions, primarily in the business services and consumer products verticals. Notable business services deals Kevin has worked on include the sales of WaterCo to Culligan International, Sierra Systems to NTT Data and Waste Harmonics to Arcapita. Kevin’s consumer products work has focused primarily on the food & beverage industry, advising on transactions including the sale of Tate’s Bake Shop to Mondelez International and the sale of Hostess Brands’ in-store bakery division to Sara Lee Frozen Bakery.

Kevin joined the firm as an analyst in 2011. Prior to this, he held an internship with a Boston-based investment bank specializing in sell-side engagements with clients in the healthcare industry. Kevin is a graduate of the honors program at Boston College, with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
