The private shareholders of VI Engineering, LLC have sold the company to Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for an undisclosed consideration.

Oaklins' team in Dallas was referred to the selling shareholders by a former client and subsequently executed a methodical and discrete strategic initiative to source qualified buyers. Our team screened potential buyers for culture, operating philosophy, strategic alignment, and capitalization capability and negotiated the purchase price. The closing purchase price included a significant retention bonus for internal employees and other favorable terms that exceeded shareholder expectations by nearly 20%.
