Le fondateur d'Archipel Maison Vivante a levé des fonds afin de construire et d'exploiter l'espace commercial B2C le plus important et le plus innovant de Montréal - 150 000 pieds carrés dédiés au jardin et à la maison.
Archipel est un projet de développement commercial greenfield mené par un entrepreneur du secteur du jardinage et de la décoration intérieure.
L'équipe d'Oaklins au Canada a conseillé le fondateur d'Archipel et a dirigé le cycle complet de la levée de fonds, de l'initiation à la clôture. La levée de fonds comprenait une partie en capital (fournie par un partenaire stratégique en capital) et une partie en dette (fournie par un pool de grandes institutions bancaires canadiennes).
