Tidvis has been acquired by Aspira Partners
Tidvis has been successfully acquired by the software group PubliX, a portfolio company of Aspira Partners.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Sweden, Tidvis is a B2B SaaS company offering an integrated business management platform tailored to the social care sector. The company holds a market-leading position in Sweden, currently covering approximately 25% of the private personal assistance market. Its platform includes modules for time reporting, scheduling, documentation, CRM and more, enabling social care providers to streamline operations and focus on their core mission. Clients include personal assistance providers, residential care facilities and other social care organizations across Sweden.
Aspira Partners, established in 2020, is a Nordic private equity firm focused on small to medium-sized, entrepreneur-led companies. With the recent launch of PubliX Group, Aspira aims to create a long-term platform for leading software companies serving the Nordic public sector. The acquisition of Tidvis marks the first strategic step in executing this vision.
Oaklins’ team in Sweden acted as the sole financial advisor to the owners of Tidvis in connection with its sale to Aspira Partners. This transaction is yet another example of the team’s expertise in one of its core focus areas: B2B SaaS.
