Northlane Capital Partners has sold Empower Community Care to NexPhase Capital
Northlane Capital Partners has successfully completed the sale of Empower Community Care to NexPhase Capital.
Empower is a leading global behavioral health enablement platform providing proprietary, evidence-based services and software to support at-risk youth, families and communities. Currently serving more than 2,000 customers across all 50 US states and over 35 countries, Empower has reached over three million families worldwide since its founding.
NexPhase is a thematically driven investment firm focused on healthcare, services and consumer opportunities, with more than US$2.6 billion in capital raised and managed since its inception.
Based in Bethesda, Maryland, USA, Northlane is a middle-market private equity firm focused on the healthcare and business services sectors, where its principals have invested US$1.8 billion in equity capital.
Oaklins TM Capital, based in the USA, served as the financial advisor to Empower, a portfolio company of Northlane, in its sale to NexPhase. The team had previously served as the exclusive financial advisor in the sale of Empower to Northlane.
