Omni has expanded its Infoshare+ platform with the acquisition of Sava Technology
Omni Partners (Omni) has acquired Sava Technology Limited, a leading provider of energy analytics software to UK housing providers. The transaction marks the fifth strategic acquisition for Infoshare+, Omni’s public sector-focused software and data solutions platform, which launched in October 2024.
With a 30-year track record and a client base of more than 220 social housing providers, Sava Technology is a trusted partner to the UK’s public housing sector. Sava Technology helps clients reduce carbon emissions, meet regulatory targets and deliver tangible cost savings. Its flagship offering is the market-leading Sava Intelligent Energy platform, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that enables housing associations and local authorities to model and improve the energy performance of their housing portfolios.
Enabling data-driven decision-making across more than 2.5 million homes, the Sava Technology platform imports and cleanses property portfolio data, analyses energy and carbon metrics and generates bespoke, costed improvement plans aligned with clients’ energy goals. Customized targets can also be linked to EPC bands, SAP ratings, carbon reduction percentages and space heating demands, helping housing providers refine their energy and emissions strategies. Sava Technology’s software solution integrates seamlessly with all major UK housing asset management systems. In addition to its software solutions, the company offers consultancy services to support and enhance software implementation.
Founded in 1996, Infoshare has a long-standing reputation for enabling public sector organisations to create a “golden record” by cleaning and matching large volumes of data from multiple sources to provide an accurate single view of customers’ data. This capability is crucial in the UK public sector, where discrepancies across sources often lead to inefficiencies and data inaccuracies. It has become even more relevant as organisations increasingly explore the use of AI, where an accurate data foundation is key. Infoshare’s impressive client roster includes the Met Police, Royal Mail and many local authorities.
Sava Group is a company that focuses on improving buildings through education, technology and professional services.
