Direct Financing has issued public bonds listed on the Prague Stock Exchange. The bond issue was fully subscribed and the proceeds will be used to support the continued growth of insurance provider Direct Pojistovna, while strengthening the capital position of the business.

Direct Pojistovna is an online non-life insurance company. It is the fastest-growing insurance provider in the Czech Republic.

Oaklins’ team in the Czech Republic acted as the bond issue manager and sole placement agent in this transaction.
