City Home Finance III has issued public bonds listed on the Prague Stock Exchange. The bond issue was fully subscribed and the transaction will support the continued growth of City Home.
City Home operates in the residential real estate sector, offering the sale and leasing of properties, sales mediation, the acquisition of residential buildings and the purchase of co-ownership shares, as well as legal, financial and professional advisory services. The company also provides complementary services, including real estate insurance and relocation support. Its business model is based on the gradual acquisition of ownership shares in specific apartment buildings, followed by the formal consolidation of ownership and the subsequent sale of either entire buildings or individual residential units.
Oaklins’ team in the Czech Republic acted as the bond issue manager and sole placement agent in the transaction.
