He has extensive experience advising on M&A transactions across a range of sectors and is a member of the business support services team, with particular expertise in the testing, inspection, certification & compliance (TICC) space. Recent M&A deals he has been involved in include the sale of CAG Groep to SOCOTEC, the sale of RCN Vakantieparken to Blackstone, the sale of Vabi to Vitec Software Group, the acquisition of ABS Laundry Business Solutions by Vitec Software Group, the sale of Nini Herburg Roses to Dutch Flower Group and the sale of Caliber.global to Capital A.

Ivo joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2021 and has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Amsterdam, with a specialization in corporate finance.
