Greg is an associate at Oaklins TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He has advised on a number of sell-side M&A engagements, typically focused on the business services and industrial sectors. Recent transactions he has worked on include New Market Waste Solutions’ acquisition by Waste Harmonics, BellSimons’ acquisition by Munch Supply/Marcone, Grand Equipment’s acquisition by Cognitive Capital Partners and RWS Facility Services’ acquisition by Quest Resource Holdings Corporation.

Previously, Greg was a manager in RSM US LLP’s transaction advisory services group assisting private equity and strategic buyers and sellers with financial due diligence. He began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Greg has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.
