Orazio Bocchieri

Orazio is a director at Oaklins Italy with several years of experience in M&A advisory. He is involved in the origination and execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions mainly in the industrial space. Most of his clients are privately-owned Italian companies, but also larger groups and private equity firms. He has expertise in industrial manufacturing, machine tools, aerospace & defense, agri-machinery and components, automation, packaging, metalworking, injection molding and floor & tiles. Notable corporate clients he has recently advised include Panaria, Landi Renzo, Almacrawler, Air Power Group, Arag, WMT, Inman and GMM. Deals he has advised on include the acquisition of Easylift by Almacrawler, the sale of Air Power to Entangled Capital, the sale of WMT to Soleal Unternehmerkapital AG, the sale of a majority stake in Almacrawler to Wise Equity, the acquisition of a majority stake in Arag Srl by Capvis and the acquisition of Metatron by Landi Renzo.

Prior to joining Oaklins Italy in 2021, Orazio worked at Banca Akros, Banca Finint and EY as a senior manager with experience in both M&A and financial due diligence. Orazio has an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He also studied at Manchester Business School and at Queen Mary University of London.
