Benoit is a director at Oaklins France with over 10 years’ experience in mid-market M&A. He has expertise in sell-side and buy-side transactions in a variety of sectors. Recent transactions included the acquisition of Groupe Sodikart by Siparex, the acquisition of AB Process by Cerea Capital, the disposal of Energy Go to HomeServe, the disposal of Montagrues to Plissonneau and the acquisition of Groupe Cap Vert by Ambienta.

Before joining Oaklins in 2021, Benoit was a manager in transaction services at KPMG for four years. He has a master’s in finance from Audencia Business School and a DSCG degree (a chartered accountant’s master’s degree).
