Warner is an associate in the M&A mid-market team at Oaklins Netherlands. He has worked across a range of projects, valuations and transactions, with a particular focus on the technology, media and telecommunications and logistics sectors. Recent transactions include the sales of Caliber.global to Capital A and Kubus Sports to Transformation Capital.

Warner joined the firm in 2021. Prior to this, he completed internships at Oaklins Netherlands and Slingshot Ventures. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in international business administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with an exchange period in Dublin, and his master’s in finance and investments from the same university.
