George is an associate director at Oaklins Henslow in Australia. Based in Melbourne, he has four years’ experience across both M&A and equity capital markets, where he has supported clients on a range of engagements, including sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates and both private and public capital raises. A generalist with experience across multiple sectors, including industrials, technology and logistics, recent transactions he has advised on are OneStep’s debt refinancing and merger with C5 technologies, a leading IT services provider; the sale of The Card Network to global gift card and payments provider Incomm; and InternMatch’s AU$10 million capital raise via private placement to fund its growth strategy.

George has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, where he majored in finance and management. Originally from England, he has called Melbourne home for over 10 years.
