A generalist with experience across multiple sectors, including industrials, technology and logistics, recent transactions comprise advising Advanced Innergy Solutions (ASX:AIH) on its AU$150 million IPO capital raise and ASX listing; OneStep on its debt refinancing and merger with C5 technologies, a leading IT services provider; The Card Network on its sale to global gift card and payments provider Incomm; and InternMatch on their AU$10 million capital raise via private placement to fund their growth strategy.

George has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, where he majored in finance and management. Originally from England, George has called Melbourne home for over 10 years.
