Giuliano Altieri

Giuliano is a director in the ECM team at Banca Akros, the parent company of Oaklins Italy. He is involved in the origination and execution of all ECM products, such as IPOs, rights issues, ABBs, secondary offerings, SPACs, reverse takeovers and translistings.

Before joining Oaklins Italy in 2022, Giuliano had worked in the investment banking and corporate finance industry for over 10 years, and has experience in restructurings as well as ECM, DCM and M&A transactions. He graduated in law and business administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He has been a chartered accountant since 2013 and is a qualified key executive for Borsa Italiana.
