Adrien Etheve

Analyste

Adrien is an M&A analyst at Oaklins France. He supports clients across the origination and execution of sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions, including the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials and in-depth industry research. He has developed strong exposure to the industrial, consumer and services sectors, advising entrepreneurs, corporates and financial sponsors. Adrien has been involved in several recent transactions, including the LBO of Oui Care, a leading French home services provider; the minority investment in Roxy Nails, a fast-growing DNVB in the beauty sector; the MBO of The Greenbow, a cybersecurity software provider specializing in secure VPN solutions; the OBO of JL&P, an engineering company focused on multi-energy infrastructure; and the LBO of Pinard Beauty Pack, a leading industrial packaging player for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
 
Prior to joining Oaklins in 2023, Adrien gained experience through internships in corporate M&A and private equity in Portugal. He has a master’s degree in finance from IÉSEG.
