Rita Vizzi

Rita is an analyst in the equity capital markets team at Banca Akros, the parent company of Oaklins Italy. She is involved in the day-to-day execution of ECM transactions, such as IPOs, tender offers, rights issues, translistings and reverse mergers. Recent transactions she has worked on include Lottomatica’s IPO, IMD’s IPO, Saipem’s equity-linked convertible and the tender offers for Exprivia, Cover 50 and Prima Industrie.

Rita has a master’s degree in finance from Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Before joining Banca Akros in 2022, she worked in Mediobanca’s FSO treasury department.
