Carl Andersson

Carl is an analyst at Oaklins Sweden, where he supports senior advisors throughout the M&A process and is responsible for various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling, valuations and presentations. He also works closely with Oaklins’ offices globally in the initial stages of potential cross-border transactions.

Carl gained experience in equity sales at Monitor Capital Markets, managing secondary transactions across private equity, and in equity research at Nordic Equities Kapitalförvaltning, conducting financial analysis and valuations of listed companies. He also completed a trainee program at Söderberg & Partners in wealth management. Carl has a BSc in Business and Economics, with a major in corporate finance, from Lund University and the University of Barcelona.
