Pierre is an executive director at Oaklins France. With over 15 years’ experience in mid-market M&A and a track record of more than 30 deals, he has particular expertise in the industrial sector, having advised on deals such as the disposal of Forge Adour to Seb Group, the disposal of Segepo to the private equity fund Arkea Capital, the acquisition of Domaero (France) by the French private equity-owned group M-Plus Group, the disposal of Origin Group to the private equity fund Abenex Capital, the acquisition of Ciranova (Belgium) and Rigo (Netherlands) by the French private equity-owned group Blanchon and the minority LBO of Louange Group supported by NCI Gestion and BTP Capital.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Pierre was an M&A director at Natixis Partners for five years. Before that, he was an M&A senior manager at Athema, a French M&A advisory firm specialized in mid-cap transactions. Pierre has a double degree from Toulouse Business School in France and from Technische Universität Berlin in Germany.
