Federico is an analyst in the financial sponsors coverage of Oaklins Italy’s M&A team. He is involved in the origination and execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates, advising corporate and private equity firms on domestic and cross-border transactions. He has gained extensive expertise in building detailed financial models and drafting marketing materials.

Previously, Federico worked in the M&A team at Mazars, where he assisted several mid-market industrial clients. He has an MSc in Corporate Finance from Luiss University, graduating with top honors, and boasts prestigious international academic experience, including an exchange program at HEC Paris.
