Koen Etman

Analyste

Koen is an analyst at Oaklins Netherlands and a member of the M&A mid-market team. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials.

Koen joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2024 after completing an internship in 2022. Previously, he had gained private equity experience at Gilde Healthcare Partners and investment banking experience at a boutique advisory firm, Rabobank and Bank of America. Koen has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in finance & investments, both from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
