Nico is a senior associate at Oaklins Austria, specializing in M&A advisory with a focus on financial services, mid-market industrial companies and private foundations. He brings several years of experience in the finance sector, having held corporate development roles at AMAG and voestalpine, as well as having worked in real estate and structured financing at Pallas Capital. His expertise spans mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, transaction advisory and financial due diligence, and he has advised clients across a variety of industries and ownership structures.

Before joining Oaklins in 2024, Nico supported strategic transactions and inorganic growth initiatives within leading Austrian industrial groups. He has a degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), with a specialization in finance and SME management.
