Carole is a director at Oaklins France with more than 15 years’ experience in financial advisory and M&A. She has advised clients in a variety of industries, particularly in hospitality, B2B and B2C services, consumer goods and retail. Notable deals she has advised on include the sale of Easy-BARF to The Nutriment Company, the sale of Ecosun Expert to TSG, the financing of Groupe Solstyce to support its three-year plan and the sale of various hotels in Europe to family-owned companies or construction groups.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Carole worked as an investment and asset manager at Louvre Hotels Group for five years, where she managed a portfolio of approximately 300 hotels and implemented a strategic plan that included acquisitions, disposals, renovation programs and lease renegotiations. Before that, Carole worked in various French M&A advisory firms specialized in mid-cap transactions, including Alantra, Vulcain, Ohana & Co and Crédit Agricole Midcap Advisors. Carole has a finance degree (MSC 225) from Paris Dauphine University.
