Théau is a director at Oaklins France with over seven years’ experience in M&A advisory. He has expertise in sell-side and buy-side transactions in a variety of sectors. Recent transactions include the sale of Survision through an LBO by Capital Export alongside its management, the acquisition by Electro Optic Systems of the UK interceptor business of MARSS and the sale of a minority stake in Yooli to La Poste Santé & Autonomie and La Poste Ventures.

Before joining Oaklins in 2024, Théau worked as an M&A associate at Capitalmind Investec and as an M&A analyst at Rochefort & Associés in Paris. He has a master’s degree in finance from Toulouse Business School.
