Théau is a director at Oaklins France with six years’ experience in M&A advisory. He has advised clients in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on technology and B2B services as well as in industrial and consumer goods.

Before joining Oaklins in 2024, Théau worked as an M&A associate at Capitalmind Investec and as an M&A analyst at Rochefort & Associés in Paris. He has a master’s degree in finance from Toulouse Business School.
