Bünke is a senior associate at Angermann M&A Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oaklins Germany, specializing in small cap and distressed M&A. She has broad knowledge and experience in M&A, and has successfully led deals in the machinery and plant engineering, retail and renewable energy sectors.

Before joining Oaklins, Bünke worked in management consulting and for several insolvency administrators on (distressed) M&A mandates. She has master’s degrees in international business and management (MBA) and in business law and restructuring (LL.M.).
