Inés is an analyst at Oaklins LarrainVial in Chile. She is responsible for transaction execution across a range of sectors, and has been involved in several M&A transactions and buy-backs as well as providing financing advice and valuations. A recent transaction she was involved in was the private placement of US$40 million of Caja 18, a private non-profit corporation with its own assets, dedicated to administering social security benefits and primarily providing social credit through payroll deductions.

Inés joined the firm in 2024. She has a bachelor’s degree in business and administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
