Jorge is an analyst at Oaklins Axia in Colombia with over two years of experience in M&A and asset management. He supports the team across various tasks related to the origination and execution of M&A transactions, debt restructurings, industry analysis and financial modeling. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of one of Colombia’s leading software companies and the debt restructuring of a company in the automotive sector.

Previously, Jorge worked at BTG Pactual Colombia. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Colombia.
