Lior is a principal at Oaklins Rosario in Israel. With over 20 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience, he has extensive expertise in underwriting, public and private issuances, and advising on M&A divestitures and recapitalizations. Personally involved in all stages of the process, Lior constantly maintains contact with international and local institutional and private investors to keep up-to-date with changing investment trends and how they can be adapted for the client. Companies Lior has worked with include Melisron, Big Shopping Centers, Afcon, Amot Investments and Ashtrom Group. Some recent notable transactions include the acquisition of the minority shares of Medtechnica by the parent company Ilex Medical; the IPO of Rav-Bariach, one of Israel’s leading providers of construction and building products; and the IPO of Sufrin, a family corporation of real estate companies engaged in the initiation of residential, office, commercial and logistics projects.

Prior to joining Oaklins Rosario, Lior served as vice president at Tel Aviv-based Leader Capital Markets. He has an Executive MBA and BA in Finance from the Hebrew University.
