Tibo is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium with eight years’ experience in public and private M&A. Tibo has advised clients in Belgium in a wide range of sectors, including food & beverage, agri- and horticulture, industrials, biotechnology and TMT. In recent years he has been specializing in the food and agriculture sectors. Most recently he advised Garden on its successful public takeover bid of Greenyard, a global supplier of fresh, frozen and prepared fruits and vegetables; the shareholders of Den Berk Délice, a leading European specialty tomatoes supplier, on its partnership with Egeria; and the shareholders of Sodiko, a leading spirits producer in Europe, on its sale to an international spirits conglomerate. Other notable deals he has worked on include the secondary public offering of Lotus Bakeries on Euronext Brussels, the successful public takeover bid by Sihold of Sioen Industries, the sale of Payconiq to EPI and the sale of Microflor to Smile Invest.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2017, Tibo completed an internship with ING’s M&A team in Amsterdam. He has an MSc in Finance from ESSEC Business School and a BSc and MSc in Commercial Engineering from the Catholic University of Leuven.
