Raimundo is a partner at Oaklins LarrainVial in Chile. He has many years of experience and has advised on numerous M&A transactions, IPOs, finance projects, debt issues, debt restructurings and bank syndicate loans.

Prior to joining Oaklins LarrainVial in 2005, Raimundo worked for two years as an analyst at New Investments at PPL Corporation. He has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the University of Berkeley, California.
